Patrick Mitchell, PJ, is a technology and data strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience driving transformation across financial services and enterprise software organizations. As Manager of Client Solutions at Rivvit, he leads the delivery of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, system performance, and scalability.

He brings deep expertise at the intersection of data architecture, analytics, and business strategy, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and optimizing processes. Prior to Rivvit, PJ spent over a decade at U.S. Bank in leadership roles, where he oversaw financial reporting and analytics for structured finance assets and led large-scale platform migrations and enterprise initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he held technical and client-facing roles at Allvue Systems and Bank of America, developing strong capabilities in software development, data systems, and financial modeling. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions, PJ holds an MBA in Project Management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.

A longtime Chicagoland native, he now resides in Springfield with his wife of 18 years and their two teenage daughters. A dedicated family man, he also keeps busy with a lively household that includes three dogs and a cat. In his free time, he enjoys following Chicago sports and Manchester United, as well as spending time fishing.
